We have a full time opportunity available to be part of our Hunter team. Our Kurri Hub is a fun, busy and dynamic site, which offers a multitude of services to clients with varying levels of disabilities. A general day for our clients and staff can consist of: learning life skills both in and out of centre, SLES training, volunteering at the local donkey farm or participating in Bongo fit.

We want a Service Manager who leads by example, an already dedicated established team, motivating them to deliver quality customer focused delivery, understand or want to know peoples disabilities and how best to support them grow as well as, develop programs to the needs of our clients whether group or individual based.

As a Sunnyfield Service Manager, your responsibilities will be the above as well as:

  • Understand the needs of, and work with our clients, families and support to deliver an exceptional service
  • Engagement with stakeholders and the local community to create lasting relationships in inclusive environments
  • Oversee and manage the day to day operations of our Kurri Service
  • Provide hands on leadership & coaching to all staff
  • Travel to all Sunnyfield sites and other locations as required
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of services

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Proven leadership skills managing both internal and external staff
  • Strong administration skills with proficient skills using various Microsoft and internal reporting systems
  • Experience developing, implementing and reviewing programs
  • Demonstrated experience building lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working with a complex client base
  • NDIS knowledge and quoting experience
  • Disability or Allied Health qualifications and/or proven experience
  • Desirable:  Mental Health experience
