Community Support Worker Role

Permanent Part Time 40 hours per fortnight - Group Home in Roseville

We are 3 young women who love music, fashion, manicures & makeup, bush walks, swimming, cafes, sport and being with our families. We also happen to have special needs! We live together in our house in Roseville. Our home is filled with warmth and love and has been established especially for us and our needs. About the Role:

  • Supporting 3 clients to live as independently as possible in their own home and in the community
  • Creating a pleasant home environment to live in
  • Working early morning shifts, afternoon and awake night shifts as well as working every second weekend. 
  • Personal care and support with domestic and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NSW driver's license
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to work outside standard 9 to 5 business hours
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Intermediate computer skills & system savvy

Criminal record checks with the NSW Police, Working with Children checks, prior employment checks and functional assessments are part of Sunnyfield's recruitment process. You are also required to have or be scheduled to obtain a first aid certificate. To be considered for this opportunity you must have a legal entitlement to work in Australia and hold a current drivers licence.
