Community Support Workers

Permanent Part Time Roles:

30hrs & 50hrs per fortnight

Group Homes in Castle Hill, Dural & Baulkhim Hills

We are looking for proactive, energetic individuals to join our workforce, supporting people with a disability to achieve their goals and dreams, develop their skills and be active in their own lives.

This is a varied role that requires someone with the energy, values and flexibility to provide the best quality support to Sunnyfield's clients. Experience is not essential, we want people with the right values and attitude.

About the Role:

  • Working various shifts in a week: morning, afternoon, sleep over and weekends
  • Supporting clients to live as independently as possible
  • Creating a pleasant home environment to live in
  • Outings in the community such as going for walks, coffee, dinning, shopping, bowling and more!
  • Personal care and support with domestic and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NSW driver's license
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or wiliness to obtain
  • Willingness to work outside standard 9 to 5 business hours
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Intermediate computer skills & system savvy
