We currently have an opportunity for a high energy professional to join our People, Learning & Culture team as the Systems & Learning Consultant. We are looking for someone who likes working within a fast paced environment, is highly organised, and willing to be part of a small, hardworking team committed to the learning and development needs of our organisation. This role is initially strongly based around system training for our front line workers. This role however, will need to contribute to the creation of eLearning modules to further streamline the training therefore freeing up the role for more generic learning and development projects.


About the role:

As the S&L Consultant you will be working as part of the Organisational Development & Learning Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The development and maintenance of training materials, both face to face and e-Learning
  • Delivery of face to face training in a classroom environment Manager support of Sunnyfield's Business Systems applications
  • Working with the business to identify system learning needs and gaps, then formulating training programs to address those needs.
  • Consulting and working with the business Subject Matter Experts in order to develop required training materials.
  • Trouble shoot support queries and devise pragmatic solutions.
  • Assistance & management of OD & Learning projects as required
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders

We are looking for a positive team player, who is proactive, self-driven and has a high attention to detail who can deliver on our company values, goals and practices. Very occasional NSW travel will be required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with the creation of basic e-Learning modules
  • Relevant training qualifications and certifications (Certificate IV Training and Assessment)
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
  • Qualifications in IT or Systems Support (or equivalent experience) would be highly regarded
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise and use initiative
  • Proven ability to write learning resources that are straight forward and easy to read
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
