With a respected CEO, strong leadership team, plus quality Board, and strategic input from McKinsey, the organisation is undergoing significant growth and needs a highly experienced Regional Manager for the exciting next phase.

We are seeking high calibre, service and financially focussed individuals, motivated by the challenge to grow our market presence within the Western Sydney area, whilst delivering positive leadership, community outcomes and strong financial returns. This will be achieved through leading a dynamic and dedicated team of Staff including Service Managers and Community Support Workers in the delivery of person centred services.


As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing the changes of NDIS to deliver a cluster of services providing disability support services;

  • Delivering high quality person centred active supports to our clients and future clients ;
  • Providing leadership, development & direction to your team;
  • Representing our organisation & networking with Government & the broader sector;
  • Contributing to the development of annual budgets, income forecasts for each service;
  • Developing growth and managing services within budgets;
  • Identifying and transitioning business development opportunities that are aligned to our organisation's strategic growth plan. 

To perform this role you will have:

  • Previous Senior Management or Leadership experience;
  • Degree qualifications preferable;
  • Commitment to the rights of people with a disability;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct
  • High levels of motivation & be self-driven with superior interpersonal and engagement skills;
