We are looking for innovative and inspiring leaders to make a real difference to the clients' lives and to also build long lasting relationships with their families. You will also be responsible for developing the skills of our Community Support Workers who work directly with the residence within the Group Home located in Gordon - North Shore, Sydney.

About the Role:

  • Supporting clients to live as independently as possible
  • Ensure we provide quality services to the clients and their families
  • Manage the ongoing day to day operations of the Group Home
  • Provide leadership & coaching to all staff in a person-centred manner
  • Responsible for budgeting and rostering staff
  • 76 hours per fortnight (30 hours admin and 46 hours hands-on work)

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years disability sector experience
  • Leadership skills and ideally have previously led a team
  • Savvy with a range of systems and a quick learner
  • Change management experience
  • Strong administration skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Experience in building long lasting relationships
