About the role

Due to an internal move we have a rare opportunity for an innovative and inspiring leader to join Community Services as a Service Manager. You will be responsible in managing the delivery of Community Access services to the Central Coast and Hunter regions. Your role will be to build long lasting relationships with the clients' families, to develop innovative programs suited to clients' needs and to expand the service within the regions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure we provide quality services to our clients and their families
  • Oversee and manage the ongoing day to day operations of our services
  • Provide leadership & coaching to all staff in a person centre manner
  • Travel to all Sunnyfield sites and other locations as required
  • Manage a range of programs operating at varying hours over seven days
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of services

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Leadership skills and ideally have previously led a team
  • Savvy with a range of systems and a quick learner
  • Effective communicator
  • An ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Experience in building long lasting relationships with customers
  • Experience within community services, ideally the disability sector
