Customer Service Coordinator


We are a fast growing business who operate in the FMCG Pharma Sector. Our client base consists of major pharma companies who distribute through many well-known brands within the sector.

 About the Role

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be welcomed into a strong and cohesive team culture and be supported by a management team that offers both support and guidance

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will work as part of our Sales team ensuring clients orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be tasked with the following:


  • Manage the accurate processing of customer purchase orders into the company's ERP system
  • Ensuring that relevant documentation is processed to the highest level
  • Order Management including order updates and additions
  • Liaising with internal departments including Sales and Warehouse in relation to orders
  • Ensure effective handling and processing of client enquiries
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Deliver strong customer service across both telephone and email
  • Spreadsheet Data Management
  • Provide appropriate timely reports to allow tracking, monitoring and enhancement of sales and delivery performance


To be successful for this role you must have the following:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Exceptional people and customer service skills
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to listen and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
  • Well presented with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel essential
  • You must be a passionate, willing, friendly, professional, hard-working individual, ready to be part of a team
