Sunnyfield is a large, financially sound, not-for-profit organisation providing quality services for people with a disability. With a strong leadership team, in an industry undergoing significant change under the NDIS, the organisation now needs an experienced Compliance Auditor to help ensure that it can achieve its key strategic goals of providing person-centred outcomes for its clients and value for money services.

 Reporting to the Service Delivery Quality Manager and working closely with operational management, this role will be pivotal in ensuring that both of these goals are met.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conducting compliance audits across all Sunnyfield services
  • Coordinating and providing support to Shared Living and Community Services by monitoring and closing internal and quality audit corrective actions in relation to health and well-being.
  • Ensuring all audits are completed on time in collaboration with CS and SL staff. 

To perform in this role you will have:

  • Current knowledge of effective operational management and service provision
  • Current knowledge of contemporary services to people with disability
  • Knowledge of Disability Services Act, Standards in Action and other relevant legislation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • The ability to remain focussed under pressure.
  • The ability to respond and adapt to competing circumstances.
  • Proven capacity to work in a team environment.
