Due to an internal project we currently have an opportunity for a high energy professional to join our HR department as the Learning & Development Project Officer for a 4 month contract.

We are looking for someone who likes working within a fast paced environment and is highly organised, and passionate about our sector.

About the role:

As the L&D Project Officer you will provide support to the L&D Manager with a range of projects, including writing training material, updating e-learning modules and assisting the team L&D team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing & writing training material
  • Assistance & management of projects as required
  • Management of invoices
  • Assist with review of training material
  • Update and develop e-learning modules
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders

We are looking for a positive team player, who is proactive, self-driven and has a high attention to detail who can deliver on our company values, goals and practices.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with computer systems
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and use initiative
  • Written learning material experience  
  • E-Learning experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
