Due to an internal promotion we currently have an opportunity for a high energy and a strong customer service focused professional to join our HR department as an Internal Recruiter. We are looking for someone who likes working within a fast paced environment and is highly organisation, and passionate about our sector.

About the role:

As an Internal Recruiter you will be working within a high performing, dedicated and fun team. You will be responsible for finding the right people and assessing them for Community Support Worker roles within Sunnyfield.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates
  • Completing telephone and face to face interviews
  • Assisting with the delivering of assessment centres
  • Completing background checks and other administrative tasks
  • Building strong partnerships with our managers
  • Delivering exception and timely service

We are looking for an energetic and positive team player, who is self-driven and a super organised business partner who can deliver on our company values, goals and practices.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with computer systems
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Customer service and administration experience
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
