Day to day, we deliver 2,000 services for over 1,800 clients, including young children, teenagers, young adults and seniors. We are looking for Community Support Workers who are alert, energetic and innovative. You need to have a positive attitude towards working with people with disability and their families. Experience within the disability sector and providing personal care is essential as well as experience with challenging behaviours, Epilepsy and Autism, we also want people with the right values and attitudes.

About the Role:


  • Supporting clients to live as independently as possible
  • One on one support
  • Outings in the community such as going for walks, coffee, dinning, shopping, bowling and more!
  • Personal care and support with domestic and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Professionalism, positivity & flexibility
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Intermediate computer skills & system savvy
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings & weekends
  • Comprehensively insured car & valid NSW driver's license
