With a respected CEO, strong leadership team, plus quality Board, and strategic input from McKinsey, the organisation is undergoing significant growth and needs a highly engaged Talent Acquisition Manager to assist our growth for the exciting next phase.


We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Human Resources team. You will drive a recruitment culture and manage the process from end to end together with building talent pools for the future.  Providing support where needed, you will be responsible for leading and consulting on the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle and advise and coach managers through the process.  You will bring your experience of talent strategy to sourcing and hiring decisions and identify how changes in our business strategy impacts talent needs.  By executing clearly defined talent acquisition and sourcing processes, you will ensure we are able to hire the best talent at the right time using a range of sourcing techniques from traditional to non-traditional methods.


What experience & skills you need:

  • Deliver an integrated talent acquisition solution that draws upon multiple sourcing channels to deliver the best solution
  • Thrive in a changing environment with a strong skillset and pipeline building capability
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within an agency or an internal capacity
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and targeting interviewing techniques
  • Providing leadership, development & direction to your team with the ability to influence and inform
  • Solid written communication and rapport building ability
  • Minimum 8+ years direct experience with degree qualifications
  • High levels of motivation & be self-driven with superior interpersonal and engagement skills
  • Produce and analyse reports and statistics including the provision of key insights and recommendations
