Sunnyfield is currently seeking a People Services Coordinator to join our People, Learning & Culture (HR) Team in a Full Time Fixed Term 6 months contract. The purpose of this role is to administer and coordinate the operational tasks and processes within the People Learning and Culture function of the organisation.

About the role:

  • Join Sunnyfield's People, Learning and Culture Team, reporting to the People Services Manager
  • Deliver operational PLC activities across the employee lifecycle - new starters, employment changes and terminations.
  • Answer first line enquiries from managers and staff escalating issues and queries within PLC appropriate
  • Attend and cover reception duties when required
  • Manage and maintain staff e-files and records
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement projects

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications - degree in Human Resource Management (desirable)
  • 1-2 years' experience within a people, learning and culture function (HR)
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and use initiative
  • Experience capturing and improving processes
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Exceptional administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player who can operate under competing pressures
