This role will liaise with the business to ensure that all business critical training is met. The role is primarily responsible for creating learning resources for both face to face and online learning. The role will be approx. 50:50 split between creation of online modules and face to face training.An essential component of the role involves providing business partnering and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders based on exceptional customer service.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience as a capable trainer and facilitator      
  • Relevant training qualifications and certifications (Certificate IV Training and Assessment)
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of high quality eLearning resources
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise and use initiative
  • Proven ability to write learning resources that are straight forward, easy to use and follow all best practice techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to measure and monitor training and identify any skill gaps
  • Development of training materials and plans and measuring training outcomes
  • Excellent formal writing and verbal communication skills
  • Engaging Facilitation skills
  • Experience in using excel and an LMS to report on training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

  • The development and maintenance of training materials, both face to face and e-Learning. This may include sourcing external online training resources
  • Delivery of face to face training in a classroom environment
  • Maintenance of the Essential Training matrix for staff that identifies all essential training for roles within the organisation.
  • Working with the business to identify learning needs and gaps, then formulating training programs to address those needs.
  • Working with the business to keep the training records up to date
  • Working with the HRBP's to identifying training needs for managers and implement learning solutions to address those needs.
  • Consulting and working with the business' Subject Matter Experts in order to develop required training materials.
  • Trouble shoot support queries and devise pragmatic solutions.
  • Assistance & management of OD & Learning projects as required
