About the role

To continue to strengthen, innovate and grow we are looking for an energetic and positive team player to join the Community Service team as a Customer Service Officer based in Glebe. We are looking for a creative problem solver, who enjoys engaging with people and is ready for their next challenge. You will be providing administrative support to the Regional Manager and Service Managers. We are looking for a positive team player who is customer service focused, enjoys working with computers and learning new systems.

Key responsibilities

Service Delivery

  •         Manage program and rostering of staff
  •         Manage the payroll process and the use of technology (Riteq)
  •         Manage any client/staff shift changes
  •         Maintain client program schedule and billing
  •         Provide client activity and program operation reports
  •         Maintain office resources, stationary, petty cash and co-ordinate cleaners
  •         Monitor operational data systems (CRM,TCM,RITEQ,HRIS, incidents)
  •         Represent Regional Manager when required (WHS committee)
  •         Assist the Regional Manager in Assets oversight (vehicles, premises)
  •         Provide superior customer service via person centred actions and approach to clients  and families

Client Support:

  • Provide superior customer service via person centred actions and approach to clients and families.
  • Timely communication with families via phone, email and in person.
  • Provide accurate information on client services.

Staff Support:

  • Provide community support worker team with timely rosters as per the award
  • Maintain community support worker availability and skill set register.
  • Assist the recruitment and on boarding process.

What you'll need to succeed:

  •          Excellent written and verbal communication
  •          Ability to communicate effectively with varying stakeholders
  •          Excellent time management, ability to multi-task effectively
  •          Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  •          Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  •          Experience working with staff rostering systems desitable
  •          Current NSW Driver's license
