Salary Packaging opportunities

As the Quality Control Administration Officer you will be required to support the Employment Services Quality Team to facilitate compliance to relevant legislation and standards, through the support of staff to undertake required compliance activities.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop appropriate documentation to address any areas of system breakdown, non-compliance and improvement
  • TGA Packaging - responsible as required for sampling and inspection of starting materials
  • Check and monitor quality assurance systems like temperature logs, cleaning logs, maintenance logs and instrument calibrations
  • Verification of completed job quantity and quality in accordance with dispatch documentation
  • Maintenance of the quality registers such as Primary and Secondary Packing, Inspection Summary, Retention Sampled Log, Approved Labels, Approved Suppliers, Machine Maintenance, Signature Register

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical, interpretative, evaluative and creative thinking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to multi task and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, exercise discretion and use initiative
  • Knowledge and skills in the principles and practice of quality assurance/ control and safety practice is an advantage, however, not essential as training will be provided.
